Content projects can have long lead times. Internal processes on the client’s side often cause delays. Plus, I have a very limited number of spots available for new clients. I’m usually forced to put them on my wait list for a while.
Want to skip the line because you should’ve shared your story with the world yesterday? Get things done fast by booking one or several VIP Intensives (limited availability).
What’s a VIP Intensive?
A VIP Intensive is a day on which I solely work on your project and shut my (virtual) office doors to other clients. This dedicated approach greatly improves efficiency and focus. I get more work done in a day, and you can publish your content fast.
I like structure and clarity (as do my clients), so I’ll devise a clear schedule before we get started. Here’s what the process looks like:
Introductory call
We spend 30-60 minutes discussing your project.
Paperwork
You book the VIP Intensive, which includes a date for the strategy call.
Schedule
You receive a schedule including input, copy, and revision deadlines.
Strategy call
We do a deep dive into your project during a 90-minute brainstorm or interview (whichever term makes you feel more comfortable—I will ask you lots of questions, though).
VIP Intensive
I retreat into my writing space to complete the project. The next morning, I review what I’ve written and share it with you.
Wrap-up
We complete a round of revisions as described in the schedule.
What if your project requires more than one day?
Clients with comprehensive projects sometimes like me to pour all the work required into a multiple-day VIP Intensive schedule.
For example, my client Makmende opted for an 8-day VIP Intensive. Want to know what that looks like?
